Current browser storage boundary
Form state remains in page memory until submission or navigation. The implementation contains no analytics tag, advertising pixel, behavioral profile or browser-fingerprint field.

Turnstile security service
The current secure forms load Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate form traffic from abuse. Cloudflare's edge and Turnstile may use necessary security technologies and process network, browser and security signals under Cloudflare's terms.

Edge and access logs
Cloudflare or a production hosting service may process network identifiers and security logs without an analytics cookie. The inquiry service separately limits full-IP retention to 30 days, after which only a server-secret HMAC digest may remain for abuse trends.

Future technology changes
If analytics, advertising, other cookies or storage technologies are introduced, or if the hosting or security stack changes, Xinghua will repeat the cookie and storage inventory and update this policy as appropriate.
