Privacy policy

Xinghua Aviation Electrical Equipment uses this website to explain products and prepare project inquiries. The secure inquiry service uses Cloudflare D1, private Compliance Review and Turnstile for the data flows described below.

Inquiry fields and consent

The service records the submitted name, company, business email, country or region, optional phone, product or part reference, quantity, application summary, project details, route, consent record and policy version in Cloudflare D1. Inquiry-body fields are normally retained for 24 months and then redacted while the minimum audit record is preserved. The service uses a random submission ID and client idempotency key.

Security verification and network identifiers

Cloudflare's edge and Turnstile process network and security signals to defend the form. The server validates the Turnstile token and stores only the necessary verification result, not the reusable token. A full IP address may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and security review, then cleared. A server-secret HMAC digest may remain for repeat-abuse trends; it is not an unsalted hash or browser fingerprint.

Private attachments and retention

Authorized PDF, JPG or PNG files are limited to 3 files, 5 MiB each and 15 MiB total. Files are stored in a private Cloudflare Compliance Review bucket under random object keys; D1 holds only metadata and the object key. Attachments are normally retained for 180 days unless an administrator extends retention for a documented project. Type, size, MIME and file-signature checks are performed, but malware scanning is not yet included.

Notifications and email boundary

A limited notification is sent to sales@sinointerconnect.com, with a separately configured forwarding copy to 12061304@qq.com. The notification contains the submission reference, route and minimum review fields, and uses the submitted business email as Reply-To. Drawings and attachments are not included in notification email and are not duplicated through email forwarding.

Controlled and sensitive technical data

Military, space, nuclear, hazardous-area, special-qualification, controlled or unclear-use information remains subject to Compliance Review and separate document-release decisions.

Contact sales@sinointerconnect.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of inquiry information. A response may require identity and project verification. Applicable controller or contracting details and any legally required local supplements are confirmed for the specific transaction and jurisdiction.
